The ITIL® 5 Foundation Bridge exam assesses a delegate’s understanding of the updated concepts introduced in ITIL Version 5. It validates knowledge of key framework enhancements, revised terminology, and the integration of digital product and service management practices for professionals transitioning from previous ITIL certifications. 
 
ITIL® 5 Foundation certification can be obtained online via remote proctoring.
The ITIL® 5 Foundation Bridge Exam is in the following format: 

The price of the course includes the exam fee, which contains a non-optional digital textbook (eBook) as well as the official training material.

Examination Format:

  • Exam available in 11 languages
  • 20 questions
  • Multiple choice
  • 13 out of 20 marks required to pass (65%)
  • 30 minutes
  • Closed book.

Take2 Option: For an additional fee, you can retake the examination once.

 

 The ITIL® 5 Foundation certificate has an expiry period of 3 years. Candidates wishing to maintain their certified status must resit their practitioner examination.
