- 40 multiple choice questions
- 90 minutes
- Pass mark: 70% or 28/40
- Closed book
You can obtain your ITIL® 4 Specialist certification online at any time after completing the course.
The course fee includes the exam fee of HUF 210,500 + VAT, which includes a digital textbook (eBook).
Take2: By paying an additional HUF 19,500 + VAT on top of the exam fee, you can retake the exam once.
The ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support certificate has an expiry period of 3 years. Candidates wishing to maintain their certified status must resit their practitioner examination.
